Olitas on the wharf is a Mexican restaurant with one of the best views for a bar in the entire city - the ocean. The place is very popular. You do get a bar menu and I would suggest their fish tacos are to die for. But Olitas is the happening place where to meet people and have a great time out. I lived in Santa Cruz for 7 years and I don't know of a trendier bar with such a spectacular view.
