Where are the best video tutorials to learn Photoshop and/or Illustrator?

I'm looking for a free and visual education on this advanced software. It will be extra sweet if they are available as high quality video podcasts in iTunes.
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Okay, then you might find these more helpful:

Russel Brown's Podcast (he's sort of the CS4 guru):

CS4 videos from Adobe (which I believe are Russel Brown's, but this is more friendly to read).

Without a doubt my favorite place to get how-to info is http://www.lynda.com

It is a paid service. For $25 a month (no long term commitment here) you watch all you want from a ton of experts. If you visit the site they have a couple of lessons available to view for free so you can get an idea of what you would sign up for.

I highly recommend it.

I've had great experiences learning the Adobe Creative Suite (and a load of other apps) through a paid subscription to Lynda.com. It's $25/month for unlimited viewing of their entire library. Check out the site and see all of the topics they cover... pretty much anything any creative/coder/videoproducer/audiophile could ask for.

Good Luck!
