Where are some places I can travel where I don't need to get any vaccines?

As long as your vaccines are up-to-date for US standards, you can travel to most countries in Europe, Canada, Bermuda, Mexico, Russia and Australia. Please keep in mind that some of those countries do require visas though. You can go to the Center for Disease Control and click on their interactive travel map to see the requirements for each country (http://wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/destinationList.aspx). I suggest you also go to the US State Department website (http://travel.state.gov/travel/tips/tips_1232.html) to find out all the travel requirements (passport, visa, vaccinations) for any country you may be traveling to.

I can expand on the other writer - you can also visit the Carribean Islands with no vaccines. Not sure about South America, but i'd wager a shot is in order if you head THAT far south!
But the islands are gorgeous, so is Mexico (Cancun, Mayan Riviera, Cozumel etc) is just fine. But don't drink the water in either place!!
