When you use online travel services, such as Expedia or others, what kind of recourse do you have in case of faulty refund procedures?
I am afraid that I may have a problem actually obtaining a refund for tickets I ordered through Expedia which I have had to cancel because the airlines involved made several unacceptable scheduling changes. Expedia and the airline involved agree that I am not at fault and deserve a full refund, but they are incapable of deciding who is responsible for issuing it.
