When will the 2010 NJ Unemployment Extensions be paid.
My last NJ Unemployment payment was made to me the first week of June. It was the final payment from my initial claim. I was set to receive my First Extension but I had to wait for the government to vote on the extensions and the President to sign off on it (which was done the end of July). I was told by the NJ Dept. of Labor to keep calling in bi-weekly and when the extension became law, I would receive retroactive First Extension payments and it would catch up. Every time I call for bi-weekly benefits, at the end the recording says "your claim is not payable at this time, but you will receive credit for the weeks that you just claimed". I know some people in other states who received back extensions payments once the law was past in July. How long is my wait for NJ?
