Jonathan, the rumors are starting to pop, aren't they? I remember that last year, there was a lot of complaining/wondering/etc about announcing the lineup. It finally came out around January 29-30 (rs.com), a day after the festival folks told everyone to chill out on hitting the "refresh" button.
This year's festival is set for the same week in April, so I wouldn't be surprised if the lineup is announced around the end of this month (again).
The rumors that I saw getting play today were Devo (yes, the flower pot guys) and Soundgarden. Regardless, history tells us there will be oodles of performers worth seeing.

Well, the lineup was announced on 1/18. No Soundgarden, but yes to Devo. In addition, you have Jay-Z headlining Friday, Muse on Saturday, and Gorillaz(???) on Sunday. Scads of other hot groups/singers. Sly & the Family Stone is one that I don't think anyone has thought of as "hot" for a VERY long time, but still pretty intriguing.
