Right, but they've "effectivley" canceled it.
The order for the number of shows was decreased significantly. This isn't good and when it happens, actors and staff all start to look for other jobs.
I don't like it either.... but traditionally, when show orders are reduced, they don't come back without a loud plea from fans. I haven't heard about a rally for Knight Rider.
So, yup... I think it's been "effectivley" canceled.

The season was reduced due to budget cuts across all NBC shows, but NBC has not officially marked it as canceled yet.
