When will iOS 4 be available to download for people who already have an iPhone?

iOS 4 will be available for download by June 24th, 2010. But it may be available for download June 15th!
iOS 4 works with iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and iPhone 3G. Not all features are compatible with all devices. For example, multitasking is available only with iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS.
As for the new PHONE itself, not just the new OS, those dates also correspond. You can pre-order the phone on the15th and have one in your hand on the 24th.
