According to Fox News, Casey Anthony's trial is scheduled to begin in March but there is a hearing scheduled Jan. 15. She is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators.
Prosecutors have stated they won't seek the death penalty. She faces life in prison if convicted.
As an added bonus she is also being sued by Zenaida Gonzalez for defamation.
