When is the iPhone 4 available to the rest of the world?

France, Germany - TBD
Japan: Softbank
UK : 3Mobile, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Orange and O2.
US: AT&T only
The WWDC10 page says: "In July, sales begin in 18 other countries. The iPhone 4 should be available in 88 countries by the end of September."
