I am all about my morning runs. I feel that my metabolism works harder and healthier throughout the day when I get my morning run in.

I do get up extra early, do my run with my dog and then get ready for work. I do eat healthy, but there are some days when I enjoy more carbs then I should, those days I don't feel bad because I know that my body is already warmed up from the mornings aerobic workout!

A lot of people do it in the morning, but this requires you to get up very early, well before work.

I've been in a nice routine where I'll eat an early lunch, 11, 12 at the latest. And then at around 2 or 3 go for a run in the neighborhood and do pushups and situps.

Yeah, I'm a sweaty mess for the rest of the work day, but I got my exercise in and the day goes faster, so I don't care.

I like to workout late afternoon. Not good to workout too close to bedtime, interferes with sleeping and early in the morning the body needs to awake properly from the long nights sleep before doing anything strenuous.

According to a variety of studies, scientists have said that people tend to have better endurance, strength and aerobic ability between the hours of 4 and 7pm. They explain this by the fact that your body temperature and hormone levels are typically at their highest around those hours, which allows your muscles to be more flexible and work more thoroughly.

But nonetheless, anytime you can actually go out and run is the best time as well. Just be sure to keep it up!

According to WebMD, the best time to exercise depends on the person. You need to listen to your body clock to see what is the most comfortable for you. As long as the regimen is on a regular basis you are sure to see results. Until you find what's right for you, use this record cover for inspiration.
