When is Tax Day?

Tip for best answer: M$0.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

The filing deadline for taxes in the United States is April 15. If April 15 falls on a weekend, the deadline is the first business day after April 15.

The deadline in 2009 is Wednesday, April 15.

April 15 of every year you have to file your w-2's.... unless you are special and get a continuance.

The term is extension and you don't have to be special.
The first extension is granted to any one who asks for it automatically.

Getting extended does not mean you are off the hook. You still must send an estimate and pay the estimated tax due even of you extend filing your return.
