Not sure what your referring to specifically but Jason's arguments against Apple Inc. business policies and practices are pretty logical. An frankly I agree wit him usually about Apple. If they get much larger they'll start dealing with legal issues about their anticompetive behavior.
I mean think of all the programmers jumping ship who said they're feed up with IPhone app approval process.
As far as your statement I find that Apple does that enough on their own to their own customers. (iBrick, Snow Leopard, iPhone approval process, Treatment of Adobe Flash, MMS, Treatment of Google Apps, Treatment of dual-booters, Treatment of clones, Legal shoot first ask questions later, treatment of Microsoft Office, Treatment of Security, etc. etc.)

@#1 I would never endorse profanity or flipping off. If he did that I'd like to know the specifics when, where, & is it on video? It seems odd for him he is outspoken sometimes but if this is a recent affair I'd say it could be related to the stresses in his personal life with the baby. No matter what the case Jason is generally a professional business man if he did as you said it seems a retraction is in order but it seems like his attack was more on "Steve Jobs" even by your comments.
In regards to your comments.
-MS Office has two GUI interfaces one on PCs & another older looking one on Mac; I've heard on "Windows Weekly" that this is most likely attributable to Apple's anal standards forcing pretty much two product lines.
-In regards to Dual Booting; What are the guarantees. I mean we know as a general rule Win7 or Vista will run on a Mac but there's noting guranttee'ing it or even outlining what hardware does have drivers in Windows. I mean I haven't researched this to any large degree but the dual boot strikes me as a hack that's just been permitted to happen an at any update Apple could break it all... turning my MacBook into a iBrick. And let me think where did that term originally come from???
Nice handle by the way; and I checked Apple's website it looks like they say all new macs will run windows... don't know how long that's been the case though.
Business practices? You forgot the part where he flipped the bird to all Apple customers (about 100 million ppl) for not rising up against 'the man.' I believe he declared he was done with Apple. I just want to back that up with some commitment... either apologize for being a douche, or lets have some proof that he's gotten rid of his iPhone and never going to buy Apple products anymore.

Your list of problems are mostly fictional and/or legal....MS Office, wtf?
You list dual-booters, ironic, since Apple built right into the OS a tool that allows people to do this.
