While it's seen all over the place that the housing market is in rough shape, the important thing to do is not panic and to make safe investments, particularly when it comes to real estate. I've heard some people say it will at least begin to get back on it's feet in about two years. That's speculation, though. The same people I've talked have said that it will never be the way it used to be, but you could possibly see it as an opportunity to change the industry completely.
