When i Fry my Salmon i put te salmon in mile and egg and then dip it in bread crumbs then fry it how do i know whn its all the way cooked?

I usually stick a fork in the fish and if it goes in quick and comes out clean then I know it's ready. Another way is to cut a slit on top and take a peak on the inside and see if the fish has a glazed looked or if the meat looks cook. If you keep it on the fire too long it will over cook, so it really takes some practice to get it just right.
Squeeze a little lemon juice on it while it's cooking and a dash of olive oil and that will keep it from drying out. Hope that helps.
