When in the relationship does customer service begin? Does customer service begin before the contract for services is signed?

Customer service should begin the moment that you could potentially come into direct or indirect contact with the customer. This may include advertising, television commercial or flyers. Customer service should encompass the entire experience of working with a paticular company. You must provide good customer service immediately. You will want to make a good impression. Although you may not land the client you will want to show what they can expect should they choose your company. By providing customer service from the moment of contact you are showing that your company values its clients and will provide them with the service that they need. Customer service should begin from the moment a company opens its doors for business.
