When your account is updated on the 1st, it is for the revenue you earned on the 1st-15th day of the month prior. When deposited on the 15th, it's for the revshare earned from the 16th-last day of the month prior."

Up until this change the balance on the pages managed revenue was paid daily I believe and now it is the same as on answers
You are not payed day by day
I believe the way Cory explained it, on the 16th you will get what was accumulated for the 16th to 30th of the previous month (a 2 week delay so adsense will have settled) so that would mean if you were being paid day by day last month there would be nothing to pay out right now.
