Apparently breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Luckily there are numerous options when it comes to healthy and nutritious breakfast food. There are so many options, in fact, that breakfast may very well be the healthiest meal of the day! Fruit is an obvious answer. Mixed berries, fruit cups, and grapefruit are all excellent choices on their own as well as along with granola or yogurt. Grapefruit is actually ideal because it is high in fiber, low in calorie, may reduce insulin levels and help dieters feel full, eating fewer calories.
