When can I expect to receive my Ralphs through the mail?

I have had an extensive search on Google to find some sites which refer to a "Ralphs" and there are quite a lot of sites which mention the word, but not in any terms that you would expect to receive one in the mail. Apparently "Ralphs" is a grocery store chain with locations throughout Southern California.
So using my imagination, I am wondering if you mean a coupon for Ralphs? I am wondering this because the question is on the coupon page.
It does seem unusual even if I am correct, that you would refer to it as "receive my Ralphs through the mail", so maybe this is not what you mean, if it is referring to some goods that you have ordered from Ralphs online you would need to contact them direct to check when they were mailed. I have put the website below in case this is what you mean. There are lots of coupons available for this store, I have put links to them also.
