When buying a new blow dryer, what should I look for?
I would like to buy a good blow dryer this time, but I have no idea of how to tell which blow dryer is better than the next.

If you want a good blow dryer that dries the hair fast, you will have to look at wattage. The higher the number the faster the blow dryer is. You can go to your nearest beauty supply store and find a salon quality blow dryer. The salons will usually have a name brand dryer with high wattage.
If you have curly hair and want a blow dryer, you may consider a hard hat or bonnet blow dryer. These cover the head and distribute heat evenly. You will find you get perfect curls and less frizz. You can also get the hard hat driers at beauty supply stores for $40 and up.
You may also want to get a blow dryer that is fast, with a diffuser attachment. This way you have the best of both worlds. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3295/3292253673_1e1ba28570_m.jpg
