My ideal ice cream sundae would have to start off with chocolate ice cream. It would also have a nice warm brownie in it, not brownie chunks, but a big square. I would top it off with either hot fudge or cocoa fudge. No cherry for me. I like simple sundaes we good ingredients. I've tried the A&W Root Beer Float topping, and it is not something I would go with.
If I had the money I would love to try one of these crazy expensive ones.
