Next Tequila, I would opt for less expensive brand, rather than top shelf, like Sauza Hornitos this tequila will satisfy every time, 100% Agave Tequila, and at the middle price point.
To maintain the 80 proof integrity of the frozen margarita as much as possible I would choose a top quality orange liquor like Cointreau we want as much of the 80 proof stuff as we can get so opt for Cointreau instead of the Triple Sec.
Next, lastly and arguably the most important is the lime juice, a good brand of Jamaican Gold Lime Juice is imperative. I would suggest something besides Rose's, it's mostly High Fructose Corn Syrup anyway, try to find one with lime juice as the first ingredient on the label.
So now the measurements. this part is easy:
For one margarita use 2 1/2oz Sauza Hornitos Tequilla, 1oz Cointreau, and 1oz Jamaican Gold Lime Juice, no margarita mix or sour mix, just booze, juice and ice, put this all in the blender and add your distilled water ice cubes and blend, add more or less ice to suit you desired consistency preference.
Enjoy with friends and with responsibility.

M$Forget about buying all the individual bottles and items. All you need are the bucket and 750 ml of your favorite tequila. The instructions are so simple.
Open the bucket and remove the two packages of mix. Open the mix packages and pour into the bucket. Add the entire bottle of tequila and stir. Place in freezer and in about 24 hours (depending on your freezer) you will have the easiest, best tasting, most refreshing, slushiest margarita ever.
