What's your favourite healthy, filling smoothie recipe for breakfast?

I'm looking for new smoothie recipes. I like to incorporate protein powder & fruit into every one - but what is your favourite mixture/concoction? Filling & healthy is good as is any way to add antioxidants! Thanks in advance!

My favorite wake-up Morning Smoothie Recipe

3 Mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup organic vanilla yogurt (lime flavored is great).
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
2 cups of ice

Place the yogurt, mangoes, lime, sugar and ice in a blender...and blend.

My afternoon variation of this recipe
Add 2 shots of your favorite Rum and serve in a margarita glass
Subtract protein powder

Mine starts with the Nature's Resource, Source of Life Energy Shake Powder. The powder can be mixed with water, juice, milk or the liquid of your choice.

If I'm on the road, I mix it in a Tupperware shaker designed for mixing liquids with powders.

If I'm at home, I use my blender and frozen fruit or ice along with 8 oz of skim milk. I like my smoothies very thick so I chose frozen fruit if I have it on hand. I usually have frozen blueberries and bananas on hand. I buy the blueberries frozen and I take bananas that have ripened a bit to quickly, peel them and put them in a plastic bag in the freezer.

Nature's Resource Source of Life Powder is jam packed with vitamins and minerals, but a I must warn you, it is GREEN. If you can't get beyond the color, check out Spiru-Tein line of shake mixes. Vanilla makes a good base.

Many vitamin and health food stores cary the Nature's Resource powders by the single serving packet, so you do not have to commit to an entire can.

Cheers!

I use this Organic Apple juice that I get from my health food store. It's definitely is the best I have ever had. I'll have to get you the name. I'm out right now :(

Do you have a favourite kind of apple juice? I'm really looking for a smoothie that packs maximum nutritional punch and I've found some apple juices are kind of "empty" in terms of nutrition.
