You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Take out? Just kidding. :)

Depending on what sort of time crunch I'm in, I have different strategies. If I have no prep time, I'll pick up a hot rotisserie chicken and potato salad at the grocery store on the way home. Pasta, whether spaghetti, ravioli, or pierogies are quick and easy. Boil water, cook the pasta, heat up some sauce in the microwave, serve with a veggie or salad, maybe some bread. If it's just me, I keep some frozen dinners in the freezer to heat up in a pinch.

Tonight we're having a rotisserie chicken that I bought yesterday and pulled apart, so cold chicken, coleslaw, raw carrots, and potato chips. No cooking involved!

Corn Dosa

It is also called Manjal sola Dosai, Chola maavu thosai, Makki dosai, Makka Chola Dosai, etc.

Wash the rice.
• Soak it for about five hours.
• Grind it to batter.
• Grind also the corn kernels with green chilies and ginger into a smooth paste.
• Mix the rice batter and corn paste.
• Add required salt and water and prepare dosa batter.
• Heat a pan.
• Apply oil (greasing).
• Pour a ladle of batter on the hot pan and spread evenly with the same ladle.
• Pour a little oil around if needed.
• Cook both the sides under medium flame.

Serve hot with any chutney.
