I also really like their grilled shrimp alfredo. It also contains the garlic and lime shrimp, but it's served over penne pasta with alfredo sauce. Sooooo good!

Order me either of these plus a platinum margarita, and I'm a happy girl.

M$I always end up ordering the chips & salsa and the chicken crispers. The chicken crispers must be popular, because they seem to appear on the menu in about ten different ways now...chicken crisper tacos, chile glazed, honey chipotle, country fried, chicken crisper bites, etc.
I still order the plain old chicken crispers. I love the honey mustard.

M$Add on to that a draft beer (typically a Flat Tire) and I'm set!

M$This thread is making me hungry.
(beer snob here, so apologies in advance ...)
Fat Tire, right? (http://www.newbelgium.com/beer/fat-tire)
or is Flat Tire something new that hasn't hit my radar yet ...
do they let you sign a waiver for medium rare? i've always just heard them say "no" and close the case. good call, though.
It has extra thick-cut brown sugar & chile-rubbed bacon topped with smoked cheddar cheese, crispy onion strings, mayo, shredded lettuce, tomato and pickle. Oh my gosh I need one right now!!

M$once upon a time, a little piece of heaven floated down to earth and landed on the Chili's menu.
said piece of deliciousness was known as the Tejas Chicken Sandwich ... it was thin-sliced chicken, marinated in some kind of tex-mex something or other, roasted green and red peppers, and loads of melted jack and cheddar cheese. all on a hoagie roll.
it was akin to a "texas" version of a chicken philly.
pardon me for a moment of silence in this sandwich's honor ...
...
...
... there we are. it was great!
currently, i'd recommend the Southwestern Cobb Salad, or some such. it's got the delicious chicken crispers mentioned above, black beans, corn, tortilla strips, in addition to the normal cobb salad accoutrements.
with some zesty chipotle ranch.
