What's your best taramosalata (sometimes taramasalata) recipe? What do you like to serve this Greek dip with?

I would get fresh radishes and kalamata olives to dip and also pick up some frozen gyros bread that you can easily heat up in a pan to have fresh hot bread to dip.
(You can use regular pita bread, but the gyros bread has a much better texture for dipping)
