An old an gave me a necklace at the store the other day for telling him where his dog food had been moved too.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Talk about strange. Several years ago I was driving my son to a Boy Scout meeting when we encountered a black limousine. The limo was trying to exit a small shopping center so being a kind, courteous -and humble:) driver, I stopped to let the limo exit in front of me. My son and I joked that there might be someone famous riding in the black limo. A few miles down the road, cash came flying out from one of the windows of the limo.
MONEY was being tossed in the air. We couldn't believe it! We pulled over and picked up some of the flying cash. We took the cash to the local police department. A report was filed and after a designated waiting period (to check for stolen cash) the police called to inform us the money was ours! It wasn't a large amount but it was a nice "strange" gift! True story!

I was waiting for a bus once, when a weird older guy came up to me and offered me a chicken gizzard. I declined, and then he went on to tell me about his ex-girlfriend's rooster, and how roosters are actually meaner than dogs, and how the rooster would protect the yard and chase people around. Throughout his story, he kept on offering my chicken gizzards out of a paper bag.

It was actually kind of funny.
