I love it! As a voiceover artist, I can tell you that things like that happen...here's tape that kept rolling on me. I was also the producer of these "drops," which is why I kept the (digital version of) tape rolling--I could delete mistakes out before I sent the finished product..
I actually just wound up adding in the separation markers you'll hear and sending it as-is.

This is a sebaceous cyst. The material being squeezed out is keratin, a fatty substance which has the consistency of cottage cheese and the odor of feet. I suspect this gentleman is a bodybuilder who has been eating a diet rich in meat, and taking testosterone supplements.

I believe the fetus-in-fetu is a twin that never fully developed. Not technically a pregnancy for the one-year-old, but a question of geography. Otherwise, the guy would have been the first known pregnant man--but he wasn't.
A story about that child even says so:
"One year old child found pregnant in Saudi Arabia. Doctors says it’s a unique case for this world! Medical Science Report says : “When the mother of this child was pregnant, she had 2 fetuses inside her. But one of the fetus grew inside the other, this why this girl was born with the other fetus inside her womb.”
I even found the kid's or (kids'?)ultrasound in that same article.

Thanks @garyallen for the additional research notes! I knew it was not an actual pregnancy, but it does have the appearance of one. It may even be possible that if the parasitic twin embryo were actually deposited in the proper location of its twin female embryo, ie. the uterus, with the actual development of a placenta, then maybe it could be considered a pregnancy. I have no idea if this is possible (since it would involve fraternal twin embryos), but the very bizarre thought that the birth of Jesus from the Virgin Mary is a possible case of "fetus in fetu?" Now that would be bizarre and maybe even blasphemous for me to suggest!

Actually, this guy has been on the Discovery Channel as well as The Learning Channel for his condition. What you see are actually "wart" type manifestations...and he lives in a very poor part of the world and could never get them seen to and I believe I remember him saying they would just grow back. I have seen this special three times now and I am just in awe of how it has just overtaken his body and miss a lot of what is being said. :-)
I can't believe this is true! I would think this would of been in the news if so. It seems to me, it's like that physic surgery thing that was in the 70's, when they would perform live surgery by putting their hands directly into the body, and pulling the tumour or whatever out of the body. I think this was in the Phillipines.
