What's the recipe for the dipping sauce you get with the Bloomin' Onion at Outback Steakhouse?

I seem to recall a recipe that was mainly salad dressing & horseradish but I can't remember what kind of salad dressing or the proportions.
Tip for best answer: M$0.25

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

The above answers were first and just as good as mine lol.  But nonetheless Ill mention a website I really love, its called http://www.copykat.com.

This website has almost ANY recipe you can think of for ANY restaurants you like.  For the most part, this website is based off of:

a) people that cook and can "guess" the recipe
b) people that were employees and know the recipe

Ive worked in MANY a restaurants so B would be the one for me!

This is a delicious and versatile sauce, you can use it to dip a
blooming onion in, or even steak, or use as a sandwich spread.  There
is one thing for sure, everyone will wonder how you made this recipe.

1/2 c. mayonnaise

2 tsp. ketchup

2 Tbsp. horseradish (little less)

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. dried oregano

dash ground pepper

dash cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.

1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons Garlic; mince
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
24 oz beer
4 Vidalia Sweet-Onions;(4 to 6)=4 inch diameter, seasoned.
flour; as needed
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons paprika

1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Chili Sauce:
1 pt mayonnaise
1 pt sour cream
1/2 cup tomato chili sauce
1/2 tablespoon cayenne

Source

The rest of the recipe is there too.

A second website supported that recipe, in addition to a ranch sauce (which sounds like it might be more what your looking for)

Ranch Sauce:
1 pint Mayonnaise
1 pint Sour cream
1/4 cup butter milk
1/4 cup Ranch Dressing

Found Here

I can't say I've ever had outback steakhouse so I can't say whether I think they are correct or not.

Good luck!

You can try to make it, but it's not going to taste the same.
