What's the process of numbers?
How do numbers work? I've heard that google plex is the highest number. For example: Is it true that you have to find like googleplex and one things in the world to have googleplex one be a number?

There is no such thing as the "highest" number. Numbers never end. A googolplex is just a reallllly big number. Bigger than anything you could ever find to count. But that doesn't mean it's the biggest number. There is no such concept as the largest number.
The ability to define numbers is not related to how many things there are in the universe to count. Numbers are an abstract concept, that we can apply to the physical universe. (ie, we can use our concept of the numbers 1 - 10 to count how many fingers we have) But they don't depend on the physical universe.
