Whats the most money you've ever found in your washing machine? Was it more than you've found in your couch cushions?

Just wondering because I found $12 dollars today, and I have no idea where it came from.
Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Wow!! how lucky are you. The most I've ever found is a washed $5 bill and some change. My kids are always leaving coins in their pockets and I tell them I consider it my tip for doing their laundry but the most that I've ever gathered in their change is about a buck fifty. Don't question where it came from run to the store and buy a lottery ticket, perhaps its lucky money.

The most money I've ever found in the washing machine (better defined as from my trousers that's been in the washing machine) is $14.30.

As for the couch, I don't think I've found any money around it before.

I've found a $20 bill in the dryer but no money in my couch. I don't have pockets in most of my pants so there is no change to fall out.

I do find change in my car from time to time under the seats. I wish I found more change because I could use the extra money!
