Whats the most difficult language to learn for native speakers of Arabic English Malay Mandarin Polish Icelandic Somali Spanish and Swahili?

Chinese is quite difficult for Westerners to master, but quite easy for the Vietnamese. Likewise, it's nearly impossible for the Chinese to get fluent in Hungarian, but quite straightforward for the Finns.

I am a Chinese girl,and as we all know that there are a lot of different kinds of Chinese, like Cantonese(guangdong hua),Shanghaiese(shanghai hua),Sichuanese(sichuan hua),Tibetan language(zang yu)etc.
So the most difficult language depends on the language people master and the environment u live in.
For westerners Mandarin is much more difficult than Shanghaiese to learn.
And for most Chinese people ,German and Russian maybe difficult to learn, especially when they don't know English.
