What's the most code language use on the Internet?

(not English)
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

@cypheron - she said "on the Internet" not "on the Web".

All three surveys are an attempt to measure the overall popularity of programming languages. This question seems to be asking about the most commonly used web programming language.

Webpages are written in HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), which can be defined as a programming language. More information can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Html

Besides that, I'm not sure if any statistics are gathered on which languages are most popular, however I'd hazard a guess at PHP (www.php.net) being the most frequently used

If you are referring to Programming Language, it's Java (as of March 2009) - according to The TIOBE Programming Community index.

You misunderstand. That index measures popularity of programming languages by compiling search engine hits for "(language) programming". It attempts to measure overall popularity, not popularity as web programming languages.

It is a tough question
"Not English"!!!!!!!!!!!!

The following languages are non-English based programming language. You can refer http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-English-based_programming_languages

ARLOGO
BangaBhasha
Befunge
Brainfuck
Bsisith
Chinese BASIC
ChinesePython
FALSE
Farsi.NET
Fjölnir (programming language)
Glagol
Hindawi Programming System
Lexico
Plankalkül
Rapira
Whitespace (programming language)

I don't know anybody who is familiar with at least one of the language. My guess would be either Chinese BASIC or ChinesePython because all these language are region based and in China the population is high so more people use it. But I am not sure what do you mean by most coded :)
