Whats the favorite T-Shirt in your collection?

I don't know anyone who doesn't collect T-Shirts so lets hear about and see your favorites.
Where did you get it? How long have you had it? Why is it your favorite?
p.s: The ladies with pictures of their wet T-Shirts on can just pm me the pics. ;-)

Tip for best answer: M$0.55
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I have never been to or know anyone who went to Georgetown University in Washington, DC but somehow in the early 90's maybe '91 or '92 I acquired a Georgetown t-shirt. I have no recollection how, why or from whom but somehow I ended up with it. Although the entirety of my wardrobe has changed several times since then for some reason this t-shirt has never left me..I think it likes me.

It has been through cross country travels, too many camping trips to count and it gets packed every time I travel anywhere. This shirt is old and faded, the Georgetown decal is barely legible but it remains my favorite of the entire bunch. I wear it to bed, I wear it to the gym, I wear it around the house and I will wear it every time I want to wear something comfortable.. weather permitting.

I have even given this t-shirt a name..not surprisingly I call it "George", when I am looking for it I might be known to say "Where is George?" or "Hunny have you seen George in the laundry?", I have even said "I have to go back.. I forget George"

Weird I know but this article of clothing chose me and chose to stay with me. I gave it no incentive to remain mine. I wash it and wear it frequently as t-shirts go this one gets downright abused.. but George is still here.

There is not one possession of mine that I have owned for a longer period of time.
The picture below is what my Georgetown t-shirt must have looked like new but I have no memory of it ever looking that new...I think it has always been my faded and worn favorite.

I've been told to answer this one by my better half.

" Same shirt, different day" from the Bay of Islands NZ. It was my golden boy. It fit perfectly, it felt good and it was a present from my girlfriend ( me! ). The slogan fitted perfectly because I wore it all the time, so it really was the same shirt but a different day"

I have tried to find a picture of the shirt, its in pieces now :) but I couldn't find one, so here's a few pics of the Bay of Islands in New Zealand....wow its a beautiful place. Lots of backpackers too..the view from the hostel is amazing!
