What's the easiest way to deliver a small, non-damaging electric shock?
I'd like to build a circuit that could administer a small electric shock to somebody when a button is pressed (a remote/wireless button would be preferrable, if possible).
I'll be doing it at school, so I have a great deal of electrical components at my disposal. It should be able to shock multiple times (rather than just being one-time use) though obviously there would have to be some kind of charging period between them. What would be the best way of making this?

If you must do it manually with electrical components, then I guess you'd want to make an inductor circuit that opens at that remote control press.
So you'll need to disassemble a remote control car or something, find out where the contacts are, and put that into a circuit with an inductor and a battery. Leave the remote controlled contacts where you want the person shocked, and that should take care of it.
Remember, you only need 1 milliamp to be felt, 100 milliamps can kill.

M$Get the "victim" to put the wires on the tongue and push the button - you get a small tingle that doesn't hurt. It is repeatable many times, and cheap.
Try it on yourself first, and get the victim to push the button on you so they can see it works but is not painful.

M$Then you will need a way to standardize the voltage and amperage. This is typically done with capacitors. If you use a battery, the charge will decrease over time and use. A capacitor-based circuit will avoid this problem.
So the basic parts you will need are:
- battery(ies) or a power-supply (to supply the energy)
- wires and connectors
- capacitor (to build up the charge)
- the shocking switch (which will discharge the charge in the capacitor)
You may want to add a master kill switch or some kind of limiter to keep people from going overboard. Most experiments like this end up with someone going overboard because they think it's funny, or they have a hidden sadistic streak.
