about Yogurt
Whats the best yogurt maker to buy that would make up to 2 quarts per batch ?
I have access to more goat milk then I can possibly use so I am looking to start making my own yogurt and goat cheeses.
Between us and the dogs we consume at the minimum 1 quart of yogurt per week and if I can make my own it would be more like 2 quarts per week.
Can someone suggest a good yogurt maker to buy, or a method of making yogurt that they prefer?
I'm also wanting to begin experimenting with making some goat milk cheeses so any recipes, methods and references would be appreciated.
If you make your own cheeses and yogurt I would love to get your advice.
If it matters the breeds of goats are Nubians and Alpines.
