What's the best website for cooking tutorials?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hi Mmng23,
I really like this site for cooking tutorials:
http://www.cookingtutorials.com/
This site has cooking topics like:
1. Red Velvet Cupcakes
2. Roasting Meat
3. Beef Basic Information
4. One Pot Cooking
5. Wok Use and Care
6. Using a Wok
7. How to Make Fresh Pasta Noodles
As far as vegan recipes goes, I like this site for them:
http://vegweb.com/
There are 13,000 vegan recipes on this site. I like this vegan recipe:
Sweet Corn Pasta Bake
Servings: 4-6 people
Preparation time: 30 minutes and Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
3 large ears corn, husked and kernels removed
vegan penne pasta (about 2/3 of the box)
handful fresh basil, chopped
few sprigs green onion, chopped
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil + 1/2 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
salt and pepper, as desired
1/3 cup vegan grated parmesan
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cook pasta until soft.
3. Mix together the olive oil, water, vinegar, chopped basil, and salt and pepper. Add it to the corn along with chopped green onion.
4. In a large bowl, combine the corn mixture and pasta
5. Put everything in a square casserole dish and top with grated parmesan and sliced tomatoes. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Vegans avoid foods that are animal by products. So, for example, they do not eat eggs. I have included a chart for you as well.
