What's the best way to sync up my music across three separate computers (all macs), a 30gb iPod and an iPhone?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I have found, on our main Mac, it's much easier to "Add to Library..." on my wife's account. I also put the music files in a shared folder. So... here's my process:
On my account, I load up/buy music. I then log in to my wife's account. Fire up iTunes and then File->Add to Library. This imports everything without messing up her ratings, etc (which are held in an account-by-account XML file).
You can "Add to Library..." any other Macs that can access that shared folder.
The other option is to share your main music library. The problem I've found is that you have to leave iTunes activated to share your library. I don't want to have to keep iTunes running all the time.
Good luck!
