What's the best way to merge all my social media accounts?

I wasn't too impressed by Posterous or Tumblr. How can I merge Facebook, FriendFeed, Twitter, Wordpress, Google, Tumblr, all of it with one post?
Tip for best answer: M$6.55
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I am unsure if you are trying to put them all in one place or post to them all.

If you are trying to merge them then Friendfeed is the way to go and it seems you are already familiar with it.

However, if you want to post to all of them at once, I recommend using either Ping.fm or Hellotxt.com. They allow you to create an account and add all your social networks and then quickly and easily post to all of them without post duplicating.

Ping.fm and Hellotxt are the category killers in the industry. There are several others, but they don't offer as many.

well... it won't do word press or friend feed but the others are included in the 30 different services that onlywire publishes to.

i use onlywire. i don't publish to all 30 sites, but it does save a lot of time. and if you use firefox they have a great plugin that makes it easy to publish from any website.

watch the video on their site to see how it works: OnlyWire

oh... forgot to mention... it's free if you put them on your blog

It's a good question. You have quite an assortment of social media - to some extent I'd suggest consolidation - there's definitely some overlap in your group above. Beyond that, I'm not sure that there is a great answer. Personally, I have high hopes for Google Wave. The preview looked fantastic and if they could pull together features from Gmail, Google Voice, Google Reader and also leverage some Facebook and Twitter APIs, I think it could go a long way (at least in regard to consolidating my inbound communication). On the outbound side, I'm very interested to see if anyone else has good suggestions.

I am surprised none has mentioned POWER. Definitely worth a check out until the new WAVE platform gets released. This will be awesome when the Facebook lawsuit is worked out.

Agree, it's a good question but in my own opinion, I want security of my personal accounts than consolidate them in one... =) who knows we can trust to?
