What's the best way to increase the water pressure for a shower in an apartment?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$Replace the shower head.
I did that in my apartment's shower. And Oohhhhhhhy myyyyyy goooood, the difference was unbelievable. Not to mention that since I got a shower head that is removable, I no long have to duck under the spray to rinse my hair. My back thanks me. And my doggies get soooo much cleaner now. =D
And that's with a $15 replacement shower head from Wal-mart.

Mmm... cleaning first is a good idea.
I occasionally soak my shower head and filter screens by soaking them in plain vinegar. This helps remove the sediment buildup.
