One, is Vincentric which promotes Cost to Own (I believe it shows you what you will really pay over time) and the link below answers your very question... I saw it also takes into account tax incentives... GREAT data.
The other is TrueCar, which shows you what other people have paid on their car in a local market. It's a little more cumbersome - since I don't see how you can compare side-by-side, but it tells you what people are actually paying. This is important since Vincentric doesn't show you those details. You can look up hybrid prices at truecar.com
