What's the best Twitter client for Windows? Is there a native Windows app (none of that Adobe Air crap) with keyboard shortcuts?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

All the best applications are written on Adobe Air.

You should try Metro Tweet!
Metro Tweet is a Windows native, lightweight, minimalist & very cool Twitter client.
The only downside is that it still is in Beta and is a little buggy, but they update it frequently

I found this page after a google search for 'native windows twitter clients' it seems at the moment there are twitter clients available for native windows, but they too need installing .net framework (which is again quite as bulky as adobe air). Blu looked promising, but turns out that too requires .net framework 3.5. The only other option was Digsby and I have heard it is crapware, so there is no twitter native windows client as of now.
