What's the best shipping label printer for PayPal's Multi-Order shipping manager for Priority Mail shipments?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

You can purchase printable sticker sheets at most business supply stores. These sheets come in various cut-out sizes and can be printed on with laser or ink-jet printers alike.
This is a good, versitle, once-in-a-while option. The cost of the sheets can add up quickly.
It might be a good idea to buy a pack of full printable sticker sheets to have on hand regardless of what solution you use. These large sheets can be custom cut (scissors) for custom printing / odd shipping.
This is a good option if cost is a concern or if you aren't planning on regularly printing labels.

Brother makes a range of label printers. There are a number of them and used ones can even be found on Ebay for resonable prices.
This one here is my favorite:

I like it so much because it's network connected and it will accept a variety of labels. Quite simply, you toss some labels in and connect it to your network. Install the software on the computers that will be using the label maker and bingo-bango, labels will print.
I hope that this helps, Newbey!

M$Specifically we use Staples brand full sheet labels and a Dell laser printer from our Ubuntu Linux workstations.
Personal experience.

Thanks horse! That's exactly what I'm doing now - Dell laser w/ Staples 1/2 sheet labels. Just looking for something faster and cheaper.

How is it network connected? There is only usb port.
How do you use this with PayPal? First, PayPal only shows QL-500 and QL-550 in the settings. Selecting one and sending the label to the printer gives an error. QL-570 says, the application label size 2-1/8" does not match the paper 2-3/7" in the printer. The label size is smaller than the paper itself so how come it doesn't print?
Thanks
What size are the labels?
Glad that it worked out for you :)
I like the Brother label printers too.

Thanks for your comments guys! I received the new label printer today and IT ROCKS! Would up getting a Brother QL-570 for $40. Thermal labels on continuous feed spool, auto cut, works with PayPal Muli-Order module. I would highly recommend this (so far).
