What's the best open source wiki platform based on the .NET language (preferably written in C#)?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$They are both very flexible and easily customizable. Screwturns ability to run on XML is great for transportation of everything if that is on the horizon. Both are great programs and I encourage you to check them out, but overall, I would say that ScrewTurn is the best developed and supported Wiki for .Net - it also has a great community to help with modifications, themes and questions.
Another good place to check out for WIkis is http://www.wikimatrix.org
Good luck!

Did ScrewTurn work well for you? Did it have sufficient features/usability?
I believe it had all of the functionality you would expect from a Wiki platform. I wasn't responsible for the maintenance of it and was just involved in general use so unfortunately can't answer in much more detail.
