What's the best netbook at or under $350 with 2+GB RAM and runs Win7 Ultimate with Aero?

Looking for a netbook under $400 that's user-upgradable and supports 2+ GB of RAM. I also want a keyboard that's as close to full size as possible. Bonus points for integrated webcam and Ion chipset.
Tip for best answer: M$1.05
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Something to note here, you'll need Home Premium to run Aero, don't forget :)

This one is $197 - Get it while it's hot at a best buy near you...has home prem with 2GB ram.

Its hard to find one under $350 with a webcam....closest that Best Buy has is $399.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. I didn't mention this in my question, but I'm trying to stay away from Celeron processors - call it a hang-up from past experience. I'm starting to wonder if I'll be able to find what I want at $350 or less; I may just have to wait a few months for vendors to get desperate post-holidays.

Thanks for the answer! I didn't mention this in my question, but I'm trying to stay away from Celeron processors. Also this one goes quite a lot over my budgeted price. Thanks again for replying.

Thanks for your answer! Based on the replies I'm getting I see I didn't ask specific enough questions. I'm looking for something that does slightly above 1024x600, which the Asus doesn't do. I'm looking more closely at the Lenovo S12's and the HP Mini 311, but I'm not sure I'll get them in my price range...

The absolute BEST netbook right now that I can think at that price range will be coming out VERY soon, called the Acer Ferrari One .

It is the only netbook in existence to feature AMD's new XGP port and it also allows for the use of the beta cross display driver.
(Which allows a user to use the XGP system along with the netbooks display)
(And not have to use a external monitor to reap its benefits)

Checkout this video on it here.

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't heard about this one; it certainly looks like a nice one but I think this might be overkill for my needs (the external graphics port, for example). I'm thinking of taking closer looks at the Lenovo S12's or the HP Mini 311, have you spent any time with them?
