I'd have to say the early one for Cloverfield:

It showed you enough to give you an idea of the nature of the film, but it didn't give away any critical plot elements; it just made you curious to see more. I HATE trailers that give away the highlights of the film so that when you actually see it in the theater you feel like you've already seen the best parts.
They did a great job of building interest in the film simply by not giving too much away. Here's a news clip covering this aspect:
