You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Notepad++
Free, Easy to Use, Nice colors for code, Opens up files in tabs (like firefox or chrome does to webpages) and very light on resources.

I should have been more specific. I forget to mention I wanted a WYSIWYG HTML Editor. I use notepad++ all the time. Its a great text editor.
Ah my apologies. I tend to use Dreamweaver but I dont' believe that is free. Have you tried http://www.openwebware.com/ ?
I'm using Notepad++ from http://www.portableapps.com. The editor alone is great. I love the portable version, because I use public computers. The portable version is running right now from my USB portable hard drive. I've got 6 documents open editing Mahalo tasks. I've only scratched the surface at using the features of this editor. I try to learn at least one new feature a week. Have fun.
