about Vimeo
Whats the best format to upload videos on Vimeo, for best quality and less disk quota use (5Gb per week)?
I would like to know wich format (.avi, .mpeg, etc) is the best for uploading quality videos to Vimeo, without using all my weekly hard disk space.
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

I use Mpeg and it works well. By my experience, AVI generates larger files, but don't take my word as an absolute truth.
