1- Popcorn: Its easy, quick, and.. yummy!
2- Nachos and beer: This is nice because you can even make it beforehand minus the chips, pop it in the oven, and voila. Major snack-age for everyone. I also make a really mean Mexican dip with salsa, re-fried beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and tomatoes. This can always be made ahead of time, popped in the oven til the cheese melts, add some chips to the side, and you are done!
3- Buffalo chicken wings!: Its always cooler when you have a place near you that has awesome wings - we really like Quaker Steak And Lube. Obviously you can make these yourself as well, but then your kitchen smells like oil. lol. Have whatever flavor you want, whatever level of heat and whatever sides. Ranch and hot wings? Makes me very happy!
4- Bruschetta: Just because football is a violent sport, doesn't mean you cant have some elegant foods! Bruschetta is another one of those easy recipes that you can make in a few minutes, its pretty cheap, and very yummy. You can also make the tomato base the night before, just don't put it on the bread or its going to get majorly soggy ie; GROSS!
5- Pretzels: These can be made at home with your own recipe, or you can cheat, buy them at the store pre-made, pop them in the oven and you are done. I Love the ones with cheese inside.
6- Hot dogs and hamburgers: In our house we have a set of Yakumi sets we place right in the area with the TV - our living room. These are little tabletop dishes for various condiments, they are see through glass, and really can perk up your companies interest as to what is in them! You can place all the condiments right in them such as relish, ketchup, mustard, diced onions, tomatoes (sliced or diced), lettuce, BBQ sauce or whatever else people like on their dogs or burgers :o)
7- Deli sandwiches or subs: Yet another really easy item. You can either make them at home or you can get a HUGE sub from some of the more popular chain restaurants. These can include any type of meat, cheese or condiments that you want them to and it can really feed an entire army. Some people also choose an alternative to the same old same old, and go with something like Meatball subs or something of the like! Its depends on you and your company!
8- Little weiners: I was passed down this amazing recipe for little weiners that makes even the biggest football fan cry. I will tell you its the grape jelly recipe that is so popular, but I put some extra yummy stuff in as well. Don't ew at the grape unless you've had it! These can be bought at the store already cooked, all you have to do is put them in a crock pot or saucepan if you don't have a crock pot, add in the ingredients, cook for a few hours until they become tender, and that's it!
9- Chili: Yeah I said it. You knew I would! Chili is one of those versatile and flexible recipes because you can literally cook it a few days ahead of time and its ALWAYS better than the day its made. You can also make different kinds - hot, sweet, white chicken, tortilla, vegetarian, etc. And lastly, people LOVE chili. I don't know if its just the really yummy flavors that gets them going, or the easiness of the eats - form, bowl, napkin. No muss no fuss, no BBQ sauce or hot sauce all over the place.
10- Mini Pizzas: These are also another really easy thing to make. Ill be honest, I don't make my own dough. Instead I buy pre-made dough, Pillsbury pizza dough. You take it home, put it on a sheet pan (or cut it into smaller sizes). Place the pan in the oven for a few minutes to "set" the dough. Put one of your favorite tomato sauces on it, add the toppings, and cheese, place it back in the oven for a few min til the crust gets crispy, and you are done. You can also make pizza on a grill as well, make sure you "oil" brush the bottom of the pie so it doesn't burn or stick. If you are going to put veggies ON the pizza, I always suggest sauteing them first in a little bit of butter, salt and pepper. This is going to soften them, but its also going to make them tastier as well. Regular mushrooms eh. Butter sauteed? wo0ho0o0o0.
That's it for me. lol. My answers are always long huh?

M$So I guess if you have to pick something fun to eat which is not actually a snack, then why don't you try whatever favorite food you have that can still be eaten without you looking at it? For instance, chicken strips, or maybe philly's cheese steaks or if you're into chinese food, fried chinese dumplings, and more.
Picking your own favorite food will make you enjoy both the food and the game. So I think this actually depends on you. :) Though I still prefer popcorn or a big bag of chips or nachos while watching my fave game! ^^

M$Then I make Hamilton Beach's Hot Mexican Bean Dip. (http://www.hamiltonbeach.com/recipes/appetizers-hot-mexican-bean-dip.php) It's very easy. If you can home make corn tortillas to serve with it, even better. Otherwise, just buy a bag of tortilla chips.
We usually throw in some M&M's for sweetness and a 2 liter of sierra mist.

M$How I do my nachos is:
1 bag of nacho cheese Doritos
1 can of chopped black olives
1 can of jalepenos
1 bag of mexican blend cheese
1 container of cour cream
I layer all the Doritos with the cheese, olives and jalepenos. I then stick it in the oven, set it at 450 to bake...I keep a close eye on it waiting for it to turn that perfect golden color (time will vary) and then I pull it out put the sour cream in a bowl and set it on the table and tell everyone to dig in. It's cheap, quick, easy and yummy!

M$I would add chili but some of the guys who come over pass enough gas :)
This would get my vote. We do these for appetizers a lot. I add tomatoes and green chilis to mine. We've also made this into a half time meal by adding a chili type topping to it heavy on the ground beef to make it more of a meal.
Plus, I would probably include the standard chips and dips in case there might be someone who actually didn't like shrimp!

M$Take as much Polish Sausage as you think you will need and cut it into 1" to 1 1/2" sections.
Split the sausage sections end to end about 3/4 of the way through.
Fill the split with chunks of colby cheese
Wrap each cheese-filled sausage with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick
Hot sauce optional
Heat in oven.
Eat with cold beer until you are sick.
Watch half time.
Repeat in second half.

M$Pre-heat the oven, fairly hot,200c .Scrub some large potatoes leaving the skins on, cut into chunky chips.Part cook either by boiling in water for a few minutes or part cook in the microwave oven.Drain, then put the chips in a container with a lid,add a little good quality oil, olive oil is best, put the lid on and shake gently until the chips are lightly covered with the oil, place in an oven dish ,big enough to spread them out on,then bake until they're golden brown.Serve with your favourite seasonings and sauce, tomato is best I think! You can also add some grated cheese if you like, mmmm I'm hungry now!

M$The wings are usually incredibly spicy and made with 6 ghost chillies instead of habanero but be careful as ghost chillies are 1 million scovile units each.
The Pizza I make is a chicago style meat lovers with salami, sausage, meatballs, bacon, peperoni, prosciutto and capacola. Both of these recipes make for a fun and filling game day.
