What's the best Caribbean cruise line for a group of adults (ages 25-50)?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Worst part of my cruise was Nassau. I hated it there. You couldn't even walk 2 feet without being begged to buy something. It's very commercial, and not a good place for relaxing.
I have a friend that takes at least 2 cruises a year. She has used about all the cruise lines you can think of. She swears by Royal Carribean to Cozumel as her all time favorite. She says Cozumel is so much better than the Bahamas.
*Take in consideration if anyone gets really motion sick, the larger the vessel, the less you feel it move.

M$To tell the truth, I like them all and am more influenced by the itinerary and departing port.
Holland America is definitely for older passengers. Norwegian currently has the most flexible dining scheme.
I would suggest, on the whole, Carnival for a group in the 25-50 range. They are not aiming as young as they used to and that should be about right.
My main complaint about all the cruise lines is that they don't pay enough attention to good beer. Rarely have I found any draft beer, and the bottles and cans are at best old standard imports. At the destination ports, the best beer can be found in Jamaica and Belize.

M$I've been on about 10 cruises, and they have been the best by far.
If you can't find sailings on Royal, Princess offers similar routes and experiences for similar prices.
I would avoid Carnival if you are looking to get away from swarms of children, as they are a more family-oriented line. Other things you may want to avoid are ships that have 'flex dining', where you can choose to eat where and when ever you want. I personally find that having a set time and table in a main dining room is great, especially for groups so you can all catch up on the days events, and enjoy a great meal together.
Before you book, choose a sailing using the cruise line's website, then call their group department and get a rate quote. Then check sites like hotwire.com and vacationstogo.com (Best to call them for groups) and compare the rates. Often times they will each offer different incentives like shipboard credits to persuade you to book with them.

M$Most of them are also suitable for adult groups, as they have big tables where you can eat together, activities you can sign up for according to taste, onboard nightclubs and casinos and the the like.
I haven't sampled them all by any means, but I suspect most of the major lines are pretty good and you won't be disappointed.
Personally I think Royal Caribbean is very good, but Celebrity is a cut above - and charges accordingly!
Btw, I made a page on Caribbean Cruise Deals some time ago. No-one much visits it seemingly, but you'll find some good links.

M$Royal Caribbean ships have a middle-of-the-road mix of passengers in terms of age, education, culture interests, and bank accounts. Food is not gourmet, but neither is it lackluster. Passengers party, but not to an excessive degree.
Forbes Traveler rates Royal Caribbean Cruises as having the best on board entertainment of any cruise line. This may be important when planning for a group of adults 25-50.
